Introducing Nova– This project features a pair of contemporary townhouses, designed as complementary homes with distinct identities. One residence is finished in a bold charcoal and black palette, while the other embraces a clean white façade with warm timber accents, creating a striking architectural contrast while maintaining a cohesive overall design.
The minimalist architecture is defined by strong geometric forms, expansive glazing, and carefully selected materials that deliver a timeless modern aesthetic. Large windows maximise natural light throughout the interiors, while the open-plan layouts provide functional and comfortable living spaces for modern families.
Inside, the homes feature bespoke kitchens with stone benchtops, seamless cabinetry, premium appliances, and elegant finishes. A neutral colour palette, complemented by black fixtures and refined detailing, creates interiors that are bright, sophisticated, and effortlessly functional.
